Donor Profiles

Donor applicant acknowledges that Cloud9 Conception, LLC is relying upon the information and representations that Donor has made to them in presenting Donor to Recipient(s) or any other professionals associated with the egg donation process. Donor authorizes Cloud9 Conception, LLC to disclose all Obviously and Non-Obviously identifying information to any persons as it determines is appropriate. However, Cloud9 Conception, LLC shall only provide prospective Recipient(s) with non-obviously identifying information. Obviously identifying information is understood to be legal names, social security numbers, date of birth, home addresses, and phone numbers. Non-Obviously identifying information includes photos, race, educational backgrounds, personality essays, medical information or other information that is provided by the Donor on her application with the purpose of giving information to Recipient(s) to assist them in selecting her profile. If there are any changes in that information, Donor and agrees to immediately inform Cloud9 Conception, LLC.

Copyrights & Trademarks

We own or license all copyrights in the text, images, photographs, graphics, user interface, and other content posted on the Site (“Content”) under applicable copyright and other intellectual property laws. You are authorized to view, download, and print out the Content for your personal or your company’s use as long as you maintain all copyright and other proprietary notices, but you may not make commercial use of the Content. You may not copy, modify, reproduce, transmit, display, store, distribute, abridge, or otherwise use the Content in any other way without Cloud9 Conception prior permission.
